You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must ensure you have the right to pursue any accounts you place through the platform.

CollectInHouse is a new platform. We do not guarantee any specific recovery rate or outcome. Results depend on factors including account age, balance, industry, customer profile, and outreach strategy.

The platform, its content, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Advanced Cash Management LLC or its licensors. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CollectInHouse and Advanced Cash Management LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
