These Terms govern use of the CollectInHouse website and, together with an executed order form or service agreement, the CollectInHouse software platform.
CollectInHouse is a software solution provided by Advanced Cash Management LLC. The platform may include account import, communication workflow, payment facilitation, reporting, configuration and related tools. The executed agreement identifies the subscribed features and services.
The client owns or lawfully controls the accounts it submits and establishes its eligibility rules, communication policies, scripts, disclosures, payment options and escalation procedures. The client remains responsible for the legality, accuracy and status of submitted accounts.
The client represents that it has the right to provide account and contact data and to configure each requested communication channel. The client must provide current consent, preference, opt-out, suppression, dispute and special-status information and promptly update changes.
Pricing, minimum commitments, usage charges, implementation, custom development and support are governed by the executed order form. Telecommunication, payment-processor and other third-party charges may apply when stated in the agreement.
CollectInHouse does not guarantee recovery, engagement, payment, uninterrupted availability or legal compliance. Results depend on account age, data quality, authorization, customer circumstances, client policies and other factors outside the platform's control.
Each party must use reasonable safeguards and limit access to authorized users. Clients are responsible for their credentials, users and instructions. Additional data-protection or business-associate terms apply only when executed in writing.
Advanced Cash Management retains its rights in the software, platform and documentation. The client retains its rights in client data, trademarks and approved content and grants the limited rights necessary to provide the contracted service.
If these website Terms conflict with an executed order form, service agreement, data agreement or other signed document, the signed document controls. Governing law, liability, indemnification, termination and dispute terms are established in the executed agreement.
